We tell ourselves that our values and beliefs would cause us to act… to seek something better.

How many people do you know who complain about their rubbish boss? The stats say that 44% of people will be in this position.
How many people do you know that have been a part of a company restructure in the last 10 years? A restructure being the most aggressive threat a company can give to its employees… If you work for a business that is on the stock market, then you will have over 80% chance of being involved.

How many people do you know, that in the last few years, haven’t had a pay increase the same as inflation? In the UK in 2017 the average annual pay increase was 1% below inflation… so that’s pretty much everyone!

How many people do you know, that have had their bonus potential reduced or removed? 43% of company’s have negatively adapted their bonus schemes…

Why doesn’t anyone really ever feel successful?
